I had a bad leak in my bathroom. I called around & when I called Watters Plumbing, they were so kind & had a professional plumber come out that day? My plumber was Ryan J. He was on time & immediately checked both bathrooms and diagnosed the leak & repaired it as soon as he discovered what it was. Ryan explained everything to me to the extent that I had no questions, I was very pleased & relieved at what the leak was caused from but more so at how he took the time to explain to me what was going on. His professionalism & communication skills were fantastic. I felt comfortable with Ryan in my home. I feel Ryan is a excellent example & representation of what Watters Plumbing is. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or even question his diagnostic work. I would & will recommend this company to anyone who asks me for a recommendation. Watters would be my first choice. With employees like Ryan, I would not want to go anywhere else. Ryan deserves high marks from me and should be recognized by his peers & supervisors. Excellent service! They did a partial bathroom remodel for us and everyone we met with was incredibly nice and helpful. We love the finished product and the main worker Brian who fixed our shower was incredible! He brought dog treats even and became friends with our very shy puppy. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be calling again with any projects we may come across!

Very pleased with the work done by Watters. Phil and Jake got a lot of work done in one day. Very informative and very professional. Their quote was almost $1500 less than others in the GB area. I would highly recommend and definitely would use their services again!

Just had a few jobs completed by Rod. Absolute pleasure. Gave him a tough one first thing on a Monday, replacing kitchen faucet! Sounds easy until he tried to loosen any of the old fixtures. Undaunted, he came up with a creative way to take them apart. Fantastic experience all around. Started with a request on the website and a callback very quickly with a number of times available. Our main water line came out of the slip coupling today, water was spraying everywhere. We called Watters Plumbing and the had someone at our door in under 30 minutes. I could not have asked for faster service, and I thought the price was reasonable for the new parts and the labor. Thank You Watters!

Extremely happy with our bathroom remodels. We replaced the tubs and showers in two bathrooms. Mike, Ruth, Brian, Brad, and especially Jerrod exceeded all of our expectations. Whenever doing big projects like this there can be unexpected surprises. The team at Watters overcame every issue/obstacle with no added cost compared to our proposal. They treated us like family.

My sister and I needed our bathroom updated. Mike gave us a quote that was reasonable and guaranteed the work. We had also bought new kitchen faucets because ours were starting to pit. Mike included the faucet work for free with the bathroom quote, so we were able to get the work done. The carpenter (Brian) and the plumber (Phil) were both very helpful, professional, and their work is amazing! We highly recommend Watters for any work in your home.

I was replacing my sink and countertop when I realized I needed a plumber to redo the piping and install a new garbage disposal ASAP. I called Watters Plumbing who said they could have someone come in 2 days. Two hours later they called me to say they could get someone to my house in an hour. Ryan showed up and had all the work done in a very short period of time. Workmanship was outstanding and the fee was very reasonable for what he did!
