How long does it take to remodel a bathroom?
We are not the “bathroom in a day” type and there’s a good reason for that. We evaluate every square inch of your bathroom to make sure we are setting you up for many happy years to come. Typically, a half bath can be done in a day and a master bathroom can be done in two to three days, or up to a week, depending on the finishing features that are chosen.
How much does a bathroom remodel cost?
For a complete bathroom remodel, customers can expect anywhere from $XX,XXX to $XX,XXX. This includes stripping the bathroom down to the studs to replacing all fixtures, vanities, toilet, shower/tub, etc. For smaller repairs or changing out a tub for a walk-in shower, the average is closer to $X,XXX to $X,XXX.
Why are your prices lower/higher than others?
Our prices are very competitive with other bathroom remodeling companies, especially when you consider the quality of work. Our prices are driven by the brands you choose, as well as the level of a remodel your bathroom needs, or how much labor is involved. We hire seasoned professionals, all with training and certifications in their areas of expertise, meaning you are going to get a bathroom that’s up to code and built to the highest standards. We leave your bathroom ready to use—and we’re always just a phone call away if anything does come up.
Do you offer financing?
A bathroom remodel can be a big undertaking. Our financing team can help you build a bathroom remodel budget that fits your needs and develop a payment plan that works for you.
Can I use Medicaid grants or others state or federal funds to cover my remodeling costs?
There are some Medicaid and other funding sources that help homeowners make repairs and remodel their homes to make it safer to live independently as they age. Please work directly with your Medicaid rep to verify if a bathroom remodel would be covered as part of your program or grant. We are happy to provide any details you may need for any verification process.
Is there a contract for your bathroom remodeling services?
Yes, after we develop a design for your bathroom and have an estimated price and timeline, it’s time to sign the contract. This is helpful to ensure you know exactly what you are getting and also helps us plan our project schedules. When it’s time to sign the contract, we give you as much time as you need to review it. A delayed contract response will push back your project start and completion date.
