Update April 14, 2021
Dear Valued Customers,
We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued business and support through these challenging times. We will continue to be there for all of your plumbing needs, but we are still exercising caution and will continue to do so for the time being. If you have any specific questions please don’t hesitate to contact us at 920-886-8800.
- Our employees are returning to their normal hours and deliveries are resuming normal operations, so we’ll be fully staffed Monday – Friday!
- Both the Menasha showroom and office will continue to be closed to outside visitors but open BY APPOINTMENT only. We will take a maximum of two appointments with any given time slot. There is ample space for social distancing in our showroom. The showroom will still be sanitized between appointments. If you prefer a single time slot, please ask and we will accommodate.
- Office & Showroom Appointment Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8-5; Friday, 8-4
- Employees have disposable masks and cloth masks that we will wear at the customer’s request. We will also continue to use hand sanitizer and gloves when necessary.
- We ask our customers to give us room to observe proper social distancing while working on site.
- Upon arrival, we will ask our customers if there are any health issues we need to be aware and reschedule appointments (without charge to the customer) when properly notified.
We’re proud to continue offering plumbing and remodeling services around the Fox Cities and Green Bay. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Update April 3, 2020
Dear Valued Customers,
We appreciate your patience during this uncertain time and, as always, we are here to help.
Effective April 6, 2020, Watters Plumbing will have a revised work week of Monday through Thursday. We are putting this schedule in place to decrease potential virus exposure and to get some additional rest for our immune systems. The schedule will continue until the executive order is rescinded or expires.
We are still here when you need us. We will be conducting emergency plumbing services throughout the Fox Cities and Green Bay areas on Fridays and throughout the weekends on truly essential services that are a matter of health, safety, and property damage only.
If you have any questions or need plumbing assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Update March 24, 2020
Dear Valued Customers,
Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers has ordered the closure of all non-essential businesses in our state to slow the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19, urging people to stay at home. Our thoughts are with those affected, along with the healthcare providers, public safety servants, and other frontline heroes during this critical time. Our number one concern is protecting the health and safety of our employees and those that depend on our services!
We’re Essential and Remain Open for Business for Essential Services!
Watters Plumbing is considered an essential business and we’ll continue operations and services to the extent we are allowed. Our offices and showroom remain closed to the public with the only access allowed to our employees. Many homeowners and companies across a wide spectrum of industries are relying on us for our professional plumbing services.
Our office employees are working remotely as much as possible and our crews are observing the guidelines provided to us through government outlets. This is unprecedented territory and we are evaluating official information as it comes to us. Please be patient as we work through this time to best be able to help all those in need of plumbing services.
We are ready to keep doing our part as we remain open for business to meet the needs, as best as possible, for all of our customers and contractors during this challenging time.
If you have any questions, please contact us.
